At Ipswich Holistic Community Care (IHCC), we are proud to be a registered NDIS provider offering comprehensive disability services across Ipswich, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities, supporting them to live life on their own terms while fostering a sense of belonging within their communities.
We go beyond traditional service delivery by collaborating with key partners to ensure that the voices of people with disabilities are both heard and valued. Our team of dedicated Nurses, Social Workers, and Support Workers works closely with clients, their families, and carers to help them achieve personal goals and make informed decisions. By fostering independence, we aim to improve the overall quality of life for those we serve.
We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. These include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), and Individualised Living Options (ILO). For clients seeking support with daily living or transitioning to independent living, our SIL services provide the resources and guidance necessary to thrive in their chosen environment.
In addition to accommodation services, we also provide Community Services, helping clients stay connected with their local community through social participation and meaningful engagement. Our Personal Care services ensure that clients have the support they need to maintain dignity and comfort in their day-to-day lives. Furthermore, we offer Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, empowering individuals to manage their mental health and build resilience, enhancing their overall well-being.
At IHCC, we are committed to making a positive impact, helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater autonomy, participate actively in their communities, and unlock new opportunities in life and work. By focusing on a person-centred approach, we ensure that every service we provide is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
